We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editing Intern with advanced experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (and preferably the full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite) who can blend video editing mastery with professional-level graphic design capabilities.


About the Role

This is not your typical “cut-and-trim” editing role. We want someone who can bring cinematic polish, compelling storytelling, and high-quality graphics to both short-form and long-form content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

The right candidate will:

  1. Have self-driven editing experience (personal projects, freelance work, or previous roles).
  2. Possess a deep understanding of editing styles that work for technology-focused storytelling.
  3. Contribute creative graphics and motion templates from their own resources to enhance production.


Content Domains You’ll Work On

Key Responsibilities

  1. Edit and produce engaging short and long-form videos for multiple platforms.
  2. Integrate advanced graphics and animations into video content.
  3. Create and maintain custom graphic templates for faster, consistent branding.
  4. Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
  5. Adapt content to platform-specific formats, trends, and algorithms.
  6. Collaborate with the AlfaStack creative and marketing teams to develop engaging narratives.
  7. Research and recommend innovative editing styles and visual approaches.
  8. Manage end-to-end production, from raw footage to final delivery.


Required Hard Skills

  1. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  2. Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
  3. Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for web & social
  4. Motion graphics creation and integration
  5. Advanced color grading and correction
  6. Professional-level audio mixing and sound design
  7. Ability to create custom visual assets and templates
